Business software progression | My BA thoughts

A bit different video today. I’m a business analyst and I often work with clients that don’t exactly know what solution they need. Jumping into the deep waters of CRM and ERP systems is not always the best choice. Here are my thoughts on the dilemma. Let me know how you see it 🙂
